- What version of MS Office are your lessons created in?

Your questions about watching the lessons
- A useful tip for searching
Here are some useful tips to make sure you find what you are looking for:
- Always type your key words in the search facility in lowercase.
- Abbreviate i.e. if you are looking for Using Views, just type in views and it will find it. If you are looking for pivot tables, just type in pivot tables.
It's as simple as that.
- I am unable to play the movie
All movies run in Flash software. You will need to ensure that you have Flash installed on your computer to activate the demonstrations. Contact your administrator.
- I know what I want to learn about, but can't find it in the listing.
You can either use the search facility by entering key words and the site should find the relevant lesson for you or click the lessons tab above and view our Glossary of Terms for the application you wish to learn.
We are adding to our database all the time and would welcome feedback on any lessons you would like to see.
Please use the Feedback Form on the left hand side of the screen.

- My movie doesn't appear to be working
Check to make sure the progress bar is at the start of the movie. If not click on the mouse and drag the bar to the start of the movie. The movie will then re-play for you.
The progress bar can be found at the bottom of the page beneath the movie screen.
You can also use this option to re-play the movie if you wish.
You will also need Flash installed on your PC to run the movies.
- What do I do once I have registered?
Log in via the Home Page by entering the user name and password you created when you first registered, then choose the application you are interested in by either:
- clicking on the left hand panel and choosing the application you want to access
