Microsoft PowerPoint – Alternative Text (Alt Text)
This week we are focussing on the importance of making your presentations fully inclusive by using Alternative Text (alt text). When someone with a visual impairment uses a screen reader, they will hear the alt text you have tagged with an image when they hover over it.
Take a few minutes out of your day to learn something new that might make life much easier for someone else. By the way this also works in other apps like Word too.
