Did you know that Presence States in Microsoft Teams lets your colleagues know if you are available – it’s like having your office door open? Teams will automatically update your status based on your calendar and activity. For instance, if you’re inactive for 5 minutes, your status will change to away, or if you are in a meeting it will show you are busy.
