Did you know that Presence States in Microsoft Teams lets your colleagues know if you are available – it’s like having your office door open. Teams will automatically update it based on your calendar and your activity.  For instance, if you’re inactive for 5 minutes, your status will change to away or if you are in a meeting it will show you are busy.
