DID YOU KNOW … using the Spotlight feature in Teams helps to keep your audience focused on the main speaker by making one video feed the main view? Use it sparingly – only highlight the key speaker and try to avoid switching too often. And double check that you spotlight the right person too!  Remember, when you share your screen, your camera can still appear large if you’re in the spotlight, so be aware of what’s visible while you’re navigating your desktop.
