As we look back on 2025, we’re incredibly proud and grateful to have partnered with so many fantastic organisations who trusted us to deliver high impact, relevant training across Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power BI. Thank you for being part of our learning community!
This year saw a 45% surge in demand for our two hour virtual training sessions, with businesses embracing upskilling in Copilot awareness, Microsoft 365 essentials, and Power BI capabilities.
We also expanded our e learning portfolio with new CPD certified courses, including Excel Master and Expert levels, Copilot Introduction, and Teams (Intro, Intermediate, and Advanced). And we’re excited to share that our refreshed Windows 11 course is on the way.
We continued to deliver our three-month taster sessions for our Bite Size Learning Library and have worked with customers to deliver our CPD content on their own LMS.
Beyond our technical IT training, we also strengthened our personal development collection, launching new AI focused courses with our partners, such as Dispelling the Myths of AI and AI for Managers.
It’s been a busy year – and we’re excited to see what 2026 brings as Microsoft continues to evolve with AI becoming more embedded into our day-to-day working.
