DID YOU KNOW … that the TRIM function in Excel quickly removes any extra spaces at the start or end of text or numbers, but keeps the single spaces between words? This helps ensure your data is “clean,” which is important when you’re sorting, filtering, or using tools like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP or PivotTables.
