Bite Size Courses purchased from the Bite Size Shop

Once you have purchased your course from the Bite Size Online Shop at https://learning.mybitesize.com, and payment has been received, and funds cleared, you will receive a receipt via email to confirm your order, and will be able to gain immediate access to your purchased courses online.  Once payment is processed the order cannot be cancelled. No refund will be provided by Bite Size Ltd after a purchase of a license from the Bite Size Shop. Any deviation from these policies will be made at the sole discretion of Bite Size Ltd.

Bite Size Courses purchased from Reed.co.uk

There is a 14 day cancellation period where the customer is able to receive a full refund from Reed, providing none of the course materials have been accessed. Under Reed’s Policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”. Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and receive a refund. Should you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, you can do so by completing the Cancellation Form on the Reed Website, and sending it via enquiries@bitesizeltd.com.  If you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above, Reed will refund you for all payments made as a part of your purchase within 14 calendar days.
