“Driving Efficiencies with Microsoft 365″- Half day Virtual Course

This half day course is designed to give delegates an all-round overview of how Microsoft 365 apps work together. We will cover how to access M365 accounts, cover the differences between OneDrive and SharePoint, including permissions, sharing links, version control and checking documents in and out. We will explain the difference to working with apps in the desktop app and the cloud. We will demonstrate how Copilot Basic can be used and how it interacts with your apps. Course Outline Here

“Introducing Copilot” – Full Day – Virtual Course

This full day course is designed to give delegates a good overview of how Copilot works with a full licence. We explain how Copilot is fully integrated across the Microsoft 365 suite and demonstrate how it enhances productivity through content creation and data analysis. Delegates practice with practical exercises across Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive and PowerPoint. By the end of this course, participants will understand how the Work IQ option works, confidently use Copilot within the commonly used Apps, and create prompts that can be saved and re-used. Delegates need to have a pro licence. Course outline here.

“Introducing Copilot Basic” – Half day Virtual Course

This half day course is designed to give delegates an all-round overview of how Copilot Basic works (which is the free version that comes with Microsoft 365). This virtual half day workshop, delivered via Microsoft Teams, provides delegates with a comprehensive demonstration of Microsoft 365 Copilot. The session explains how Copilot can be used across the Microsoft 365 suite and demonstrates how it works across Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive and PowerPoint.
